This has to be the worst service in all of Odessa. My husband sat in there for over 4 hours, even through lunch without leaving. He was referred there by his primary doctor to get tested for Adult ADHD. They finally called him back just to tell him that, as of the week prior, they no longer test for Adult ADHD. No one else could tell him? The recptionist? No one?! He waited over 4 hours! This place is infuriating. This isn't our first experience with PermiaCare, but this is by far the WORST we have ever experienced.

I have a mental disorder that makes it nearly impossible for me to get out of the house because it throws me into a panick attack, the dr kept insisting I go get out and do something as if what I was telling him wasn’t serious, well I took his advice and ended up going a few towns down with my daughter and it took me 7 days to get back because I couldn’t bring myself to leave the motel 🤦♀️ I went broke taking the dr’s advice. These people seem to not know what they are doing . My girlfriend has been trying to get some help . They gave her 4 weeks of medication for her mental problems , and then scheduled her next appointment in 5 weeks ! Forcing her to go without medication for a week . And then acted like it was her fault she didn’t have any medication like she just wasn’t taking it !as a mater of fact she had been taking it and doing quite well , till she ran out of it!!!
