Wish I could give them zero stars. We were Permatreat Woodbridge customers for over 20 years and had no complaints with their monthly service. But in late 2021, there was a major staffing change and service deteriorated. More often than not, the technician didn't show up for our standing appointment after we waited for hours. Hello All, This company provided Termite inspection and termite ground treatment (a process in where a ditch is dug round the foundation and termite treatment is applied) back in May of 2020. Their cost was reasonable, but the service was terrible. The technician they sent dug a trench that left gaps in my home's protection. In addition, they broke my front stoop in the process. The previous technician, Eugene, was excellent!!!! Since his departure from the company, my experience has declined tremendously. From an inexperienced technician putting foam product all over my base board and staining my hardwood floors to the actual branch manager coming out and executing a subpar service. Jeff told me the regulation changed that they no longer treat/spray inside the house because they spray outdoors. After my insistence, he relented and partially sprayed my walkout basement level.
