I am a customer who cannot get rid of her mouse problems. Permatreat did not properly inspect my house for this. Did not move furniture just gave me paper traps which are useless. I have mice poop in my cabinets and all over my kitchen equipment. Please help me as a customer who paid 135.00 for your service or refund my money. This completely unacceptable.
My worst nightmare happened last week. A SNAKE got into our home. I completely panicked- I do not like snakes . I called Perma Treat and within hours, they had a very professional and knowledgeable employee by the name of Mike Hughes to save the day! He thoroughly inspected our home inside and out . My husband actually got the snake out but Mike set many traps and was very conscious of where any entry points could be . He set my mind somewhat at ease. Justin did an excellent job supervising putting insulation into my attic and plugging up spots which mice could enter. He then cleaned up after the other workers left. Thanks
