Professional crew, knew exactly what they were doing. Even filled in the holes that my dogs had dug! Will call back out for root barrier when needed.
The entire experience from the first contact to receiving the final job completion documentation was 5 stars. This company went 150% above and beyond. If I could give it 10 stars I would. I had interior and exterior piers installed to repair my foundation which means this was a very serious slab foundation repair. Interior piers are very invasive from a customer stand point, this company did its very best to minimize it which I extremely glad . Steve located, cleaned out and flushed all of my French drains. He worked tirelessly for about 3.5 hours and made sure that all drains were open and free of debri. I will definitely refer this company to anyone! In fact, they are coming back next week to do foundation repair.

On time finished when they said they would. Clean up after the work and spread the extra dirt where i asked them to.
Exceptionally well planned and accomplished very efficiently in one day. Top-notch consideration and communication before, during and after the job. I would highly recommend PermaTech and Steve Smith, the owner, was a delight to work with.

I had a very great experience with Perma Tech. Recently, the house required piers to be installed underneath the house as well as a root barrier. Steve and his team were efficient and professional. I never had an issue getting in contact with anyone as they were very responsive. They help you understand what is going to be done and being able to see the work in progress was very neat. I highly recommend Perma Tech!
