I saw Kimberly in San Jose, CA for permanent eyeliner in 2018. I got bottom and top eyeliner. The bottom came out great. On the top, Kimberly rushed and did work that was uneven with a cat eye on one eye and not on the other. I specifically said no cat eye verbally and in the paperwork.
