I called the property management company I rent from after hours when a raccoon got into my basement. They told me it wouldn’t get taken care of until the morning when they opened but 15 minutes later Jim texted me and got to my house within the hour. So thankful he was able to come and help us on short notice and later in the evening. He came back to cap the chimney the next morning and made sure there was no other way critters could get it. Will be recommending Jim and this company to anyone with similar issues!

Jim is quick, knowledgeable, and much better priced than the big companies where you pay for lots of overhead. Keep your dollars local and hire Jim.

I talked to the owner of this business and he was supposed to show up but family emergency. But he told me to call back to reschedule and no response not even a text message. I give a rating of 1 due to not returning a call or text. Can’t wait for his service

Called for a quote for a client. Ken hung up on me when I introduced myself. Not a great way to do business.
