Debbie McClellan did a BEAUTIFUL job on my permanent makeup, and she was very knowledgeable and professional. Debbie's makeup expertise was exactly what I needed. I didn’t know how to do my brows and she took the time to draw them on for me. My brows frame my face perfectly now. My Story… I recently got my Permanent Makeup Done by Debbie and saw this rating after the fact. I want to tell you of you that I think this other lady is full of it. Debbie took plenty of time to explain everything to me. After all, this is a TATOO which scared the hell out of me. This was going to be on my face for the rest of my life! I arrived for my appointment at 11:30. I watched Debbie walk around before her assistant seated me at 12:30. The assistant told me the price for having my eyebrows touched up would be $125 and proceeded with prepping me for the procedure by placing liniment on my eyes so I could not open them. Debbie came in and began her work. I could not see her, but I could hear the TV on the whole time.
