RecommendedI have been seeing Ann for permanent eyeliner for the past few years. From my initial consult, to the procedure, to my touch-ups every couple of years, she has been wonderful! The thought of tattooing around my eyes was very scary, but she made me feel so comfortable. It really was no big deal and am so glad I did it!
