Upon arrival , I was promptly taken to a room to fill out necessary paperwork and given the opportunity to read about the procedures I was having done. Very soon after, Sari came in the room and discussed with me what my expectations were. She took her time to look at the pics I had and listened to what I had to say. This is a review on the Communication only. I did not have the opportunity to receive services. My initial contact was great and a consultation appointment was set. The day of the consult they sent a text 4 hours prior that they needed to change the appointment. The text did not come through at my end until after I showed up (not their fault-was a tech glitch). I am very upset and disappointed in not only the results of my eyebrows but also the lack of response from the company now that I have expressed my dissatisfaction. I had my brows micro shaded on April 18th. I had never had them done before and I was attracted to this company due to the positive reviews and photos of the clients results. My girl was Sari and she seriously saved my eyebrows!! I had previous work done from almost 10 years ago that was fading terribly and become so uneven. After only 1 session with Sari, they looked perfect and I had no pain! After the touch up session, they look even better. I highly recommend this place and Sari!
