This was an amazing experience. Very professional Joann makes you feel so comfortable and is constantly asking if you are ok to assure there is no pain. She also reviews post care and makes sure you understand and is available after to answer any questions. The work is fantastic and I have people constantly wanting to know what kind of eyeliner I use because they LOVE it. I recommend her to anyone even thinking about having permanent make up. I had my eyebrows done and they look so wonderful. I have had them done a few years ago by someone else and my whole experience with Joann was completely different. She first came up with a great shape that actually enhances my eyes. She recommended the perfect color that goes with my tone and hair. They look so natural. Exceptional. I have been wanting to have the perminent makeup done for some time. I was fearful that it would'nt look natural and i would have the "clownish"" look. I am so happy and pleased with the outcome! Joanne explains every step of each procedure. She makes you as comfortable as possible, and she keeps the discomfort as minimal as she can.
