I love Nancy! It’s been over a year and my brows are still looking good! She is very meticulous and is a professional through and through. It helps she has a medical background too. Made sure I had enough topical numbing and the aftercare was printed out plus a care package with antibiotic gauze ice/cool pack q tips etc. it took awhile for me to decide the shape and she absolutely listens to you and gives honest feedback. I loved how professional and personable Nancy was. She took her time to find out exactly what I wanted and she also suggested what would look nice on me. She measured me carefully. drew in my eyebrows, checked to see if I liked them, altered them accordingly, then when I was happy with how they looked, she mixed up a few different browns and I chose the one I liked best, she suggested the one slightly lighter in color than the one I chose and Im glad I went with her suggestion. This is my first ever 5 Star google review and it is completely earned. Nancy is absolutely wonderful. I was very new to and nervous about the microblading process. I have always wanted fuller eyebrows that look natural (my eyebrows are naturally very light and sparse) and have seen some disastrous attempts at permanent makeup in the past. Permanent Cosmetics by Nancy is an upscale business with knowledgeable, skilled and truly caring professionals. I have never been rushed or made to feel like I was just another customer. I had my eyebrows corrected. They were scared, blue-gray and tattooed on by someone I thought was trained. My mistake! After three appointments, (they were that bad) they are finally gorgeous. I went to Nancy in mid-December for upper and lower lash enhancement. I went back 3 days ago for my first touch up. I love my eyes and wish I had done this sooner! Nancy is very thorough. I felt comfortable during the entire process. She is quick to respond to emails/texts and is very good at explaining everything. I won't hesitate to refer anyone who asks, to her.
