I had both eyebrows and lip liner done by Holley at permenant Bliss. Both procedures turned out amazing!! The process has very little discomfort due to the wonderful products used to numb the areas. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the studio as well her attention to keeping everything disinfected. Totally recommend!
