I'm a General Contractor who remodels homes. I called in at the beginning of January to schedule someone to come by and give an estimate on sealing some leaking concrete floors. They said someone would be giving me a call to come by and give an estimate. I called in two weeks later to follow-up, and they let me know they wouldn't be able to come by for another two weeks.
