Max was punctual, efficient and did a great job. He so thoroughly cleaned up after himself that you wouldn’t even know he had been there.

In the final stages of my rehab, I discovered water leaking into the basement. My property was built in 1910, so the job was not straight forward at all. It took several trips but Matt and the team came back out until we got everything right. I am really happy with the final results and glad I paused my rehab to get the basement water proofed. It was an additional cost but it ultimately protected me in the long run. My basement is ready for the long haul now. Thanks to Matt, Monique, and the whole team.
I left a voice mail message for a quote from Perma Dry Michigan on February 3rd. Monique scheduled an appointment for February 4th for the initial assessment from Matt. February 6th, the work was complete. After some thawing, we still experienced a bit more leaking, so I contacted Perma Dry, as they have provided a lifetime warranty on their work.
