They installed the new liner in my window well and there was no problem until they put the cover on. The window well was a gray fiberglass material and when they put the cover on, it was a white solid material. The pictures associated with their proposal showed a matching cover with vent holes in it. This is not what I got. Three months later they finally came and put the proper cover on. So, I did not pay until I got the cover today. Beware, make sure you get what you ordered.
I cannot recommend Permadry enough. We were dealing with a small amount of water leaking into our basement. Permadry worked with us to take a cost-effective and staged approach to the repairs, starting with the least invasive repairs and allowing us to assess if the leaking was resolved before moving on to the next step.
