After work was done bathtub drain not installed correct,leaks and they will not answer phone... maybe they whet out of busineinstalled
This is a great company. There are wonderful to work and keep everything very clean and neat. Justin and Dennis are top notch to work with. They listen and give wonderful ideas to the work. I have told the whole neighborhood about them.
I will be contacting my attorney with litigation. They did a job for me did not resolve a warranty repair and Justin(e) told he he won't do my warranty repair because I did not go with a quoted job for my guest bathroom and kitchen countertop. The tells me "What I am going to do about it". Unless the owner contacts me directly and resolves this issue I am going to pursue litigation.
These guys played bait and switch on pricing and I ended up paying double what I was quoted over the phone! Then - it took 3 times to redo it and it still wasn’t right! In addition, they ruined my brand new tile with epoxy overspray and tried to blame it on someone else!! They lied and on top of it I was verbally assaulted by some rude, unprofessional, psycho kid named Justin. No apologies- only lies and refusal to fix the damage they did! I wouldn’t recommend these guys to my worst enemy!!! See you in court!!
