Staff was professionally friendly. Appointment was on time. Dr.Keen listens well. He summarized my test results and orientated me to further action items in a fashion that was easily understandable.
I had a very pleasant and successful session with the medical assistant who irrigated my ears and the nurse practitioner who monitored the treatment. They were both knowledgeable and friendly and got my ears clean.
Chelsea is wonderful. She pays close attention to all your concerns and has remedies for any problems. I couldn’t give her a higher rating. Ahe is a 5 star PLUS!
