Perla is a fabulous find in Austin. Superior waitstaff- friendly and knowledgeable. The fried calamari was probably the best we’ve ever tasted . My entree of potato crusted sea bass was out of this world , my husband said his grilled mahi mahi was phenomenal. We usually skip dessert but decided to indulge in the butterscotch dessert at the recommendation of our server . Am I glad we did, what a delicious ending to a truly wonderful meal!
