Terrible experience. I'm a veteran and the VA is paying for my dental. The upper plate that this dentist made was so bad that I couldn't even close my mouth to bring my lips together. And the fit was so lose I couldn't open my mouth or the dentures would fall out. The dentist also tried to convince me that he was paying for the dentures out of his kindness and not the VA. Everyone here is awesome, the office is awesome, and I’ve never had a better experience with a routine cleaning and cavity fillings
This dental office is run well, the phones are answered by Carson who is outstanding. Also, Michelle answered my call and she was great. Both were great in customer service and kindness. The dentist Dr. Volleyball was wonderful, listened to me and was concerned with my issue. She was professional and kind. Her assistant, Joy, was outstanding as well, thorough and exact.
