I had a very disappointing experience at Perkins. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was treated differently than other customers. The level of service I received made me feel unwelcome and disrespected, and it left me with the impression that discrimination played a role in how I was treated. The staff was dismissive, slow to acknowledge me, and seemed much more attentive and friendly toward other guests. Been going here since 1990. It's not the same as when I was a teenager. Those days I don't know how the staff and managers did it but they did. Lasting impressions that bring me back today. Good job Perkins 30 some yrs later and still doing it
Waitress was not very friendly or helpful Had to ask for toast (any type of bread preference) with eggs and home fries - her excuse oh I thought thats all you wanted - Eggs were supposed to be over easy - the yolk was solid - my friend got eggs Benedict and her egg also was over done On check out i am wheelchair bound and the sceen on the computer to pay my check just was not registering when I was touching it, the hostess or cashier behind the counter made a face and huffed around to front of the counter and pushed proper b... read more
