If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Attitude from both the waitress and manager from the moment we walked in. They seemed completely bothered that our party showed up for them to do their job. As a person that’s ran restaurants, absolutely disgusting behavior!
Our waitress Kailii was very friendly and accommodating. We will ask for her again!
The food was great and nice selection. Staff was friendly and never ran out of drinks Kailii was our waitress and was present and friendly.
Hostess was rude, not a single word was directed to us when we sat us. Bad service from hostess to waitress. As far as food, it was ok but my son found egg shells in his eggs. The atmosphere was normal but very hot, apparently the AC wasn't working. When we were going to pay, they people in front of us, complained to the hostess for the same reasons of the service and food not being good, and it turns out the hostess was the manager.
Came in from lunch at 12:30 pm. The waitress we had was rude and we didn't get our food until al.ost an hour later. The food was cold by the time we got it and we had to ask the Hostess for refills because our waitress disappeared. It wasn't even busy and we sat and watched everyone's food pile up in the kitchen. We have never had a bad experience here before, but today was just horrible.
