Stopped by Pekin’s Restaurant to pick up an order after work and the customer service was very disappointing. The cashier never greeted me and seemed annoyed when I told her I was there to pick up my order. After I gave my name, she just pointed and said “right there.” A simple greeting and better attitude would make a big difference.
Everything was top notch, server was kind and helpful. Atmosphere is always comfortable
Now that Brook no longer works here this place has gone back down hill. I expected for the price more food. The service is subpar. The inside of the restaurant needs some love mainly ceiling tiles that look like they are about to fall. The best part of my meal was the desert. That was a 🔥 brownie.
Place is a little worn. Food and service is great!
