I can vouch for all the reviews posted below me. He is a very mean person and he will charge you hundreds of dollars from your security deposit. Mr. Perkins will charge you for anything and everything. There was a hole in my ceiling caused from a leak from the unit above me. He brought in a fan to dry the wall. The fan ran for 24 hours and was kept at my place for 2-3 weeks. My electricity bill was sky high that month and he did not help me out on my electricity bill. I had an extremely unpleasant experience renting a Perkins Property apartment for a year (439 Sevilla). They are extremely rude to tenants and keep the buildings in poor condition. The unit I rented was infested with termites and they were not event willing to cover the price of a hotel while they exterminated the unit.
