Vonona is an Amazing realtor. She helped us when we bought our first house, and is helping us again to sell and buy a newer house. She's very knowledgeable and professional. She takes time to find what you are looking for and will work to get you the best deal. Working with her has been stress free and she takes the time to explain and answer any questions you may have, and responds within 10min to an hour of messaging her. I highly recommend her and will be using her services as long as she is a realtor.
Horrible customer service. My agent tried for twour and a half weeks to get ahold of this agency (which was not local.) When communication was finally made between my agent and theirs, we felt insulsted by their unprofessional responses as well as their lack of knowledge about the property.
