We purchased a 2014 Dodge Charger in Sept of 22! We found some noises, etc. We were told it was going to be a Safety Inspection not to worry? We were told everything was fine??? We heard this awful noise coming from the dashboard and getting worse............we spoke with our salesman a few times about this problem, was there twice to have the service ***** take a look?We were told they couldn't hear anything, nothings wrong. My husband was fed up and took the vehicle for another opinion at a repair shop. Found out it is a tension strut, one on each side, $900.00.We are disgusted with Perkins Motors (they lied to us)!!! Will never go back to them for anything, and I wouldn't suggest anyone going there for purchase/or repairs for their vehicle EVER! The brakes are iffy!!! I could go on, but why nothing will be fixed by this Company.So Sad.

I brought my wife's 2011 Dodge Challenger in to see about adjusting the parking brake. After examination, I was told that it needed new rear brakes at a cost of over $900. There was NO MENTION of how MOPAR warrants the brakes for at least two years. The service manager lied to me in saying that the another dealer in town couldn't get the parts. A few weeks later when we took the car to the other dealer for an oil change, we were told that they could have done the work using MOPAR parts for nearly $300 less. I will never go to this dealer again as they lie and overcharge for their services!

My husband brought his 2018 Jeep here back in May of this year with concerns about work that is covered under warranty. Perkins did not want to do the repairs - they get a smaller percentage for warranty work - and so agreed to refund the diagnostic fee on 05/09. They never did the refund - they probably just said that to get us off their back. Today, my husband called to check on the status and after some heated back and forth with the service manager, my husband demanded a phone number for corporate or their attorney and Shaun instead gave a phone number out for a SEX LINE. He then laughed about this number so we should have realized he was up to something. My husband, not realizing this, called the number on speaker phone and our minor children were in the room. I would never recommend nor go here again and neither would our friends and family. I would hope that others would follow suit because of the SEX LINE phone number that was given out by a SERVICE MANAGER.

I’ve owned 5 grand cherokees over the last 12 years. 4 have had major transmission issues. I purchased a brand new 2020 grand Cherokee last year. My transmission went out in the middle of the street with my newborn in the car at 15k miles. Perkins Motors in Colorado Springs sold me the car and was no help to me. After fighting with customer service, I said “thank you for making my decision to buy a 4Runner next time....”. He said “you’re welcome. Any other questions? My AC and whole fan went out 3 days ago 4 hours into an 18 hour road trip in 90 degree heat with my dog in the car. Nobody wants to help. I didn’t buy a new car to have it rebuilt. I refuse to accept the fact that nothing can be done like the dealerships are telling me. I need some help and I’m willing to continue up the chain as far as I need to go to get this fixed. It’s not a big deal to you guys because it’s just a $40k car to you guys, but to me it was my first brand new car I bought. Hoping it would be more reliable. It’s not. It was worse and put me and my family in danger. Terrible service.

On 2 Feb. 2020 I made an appointment to order a special order a car. I arrived on 3 Feb. 2020 for my appointment. Audrey Smith was my sales person, she made a copy of my Colorado ID. Started the application to verify my id. Instead she used a phone number that belongs to Danny ****** Jr. I told her that I am on Danny"s phone plan. After almost 4 hours of verifying and signing paperwork she hands me 2 pieces of paperwork. I look a the name on the paperwork and it is NOT my name Clyde ****** Jr, But she had changed it to Clyde ******. I asked Audrey who was that and she said IT"S YOU. I told her that is not my damb name and to change it now. She was gone for a lone time and returned and said it was corrected. Gave me paperwork and I left. The car arrived in may Badly Damaged and wouldn't be ready till 11 May 2020. I arrived and took the car home. On 12 May 2020 I needed to get insurance and went to get the paperwork from the car. TO MY HORROR THE STICKER HAD THE NAME CLYDE BECKLY ON IT. I SEE THIS AS A RACIST ACT, I AS A BLACK MAN HAD MY IDENTITY CHANGED. ALSO THE COLOR, THE INTERA, AND EXTERA ITEMS WERE CHANGED. FOR A BUSSINESS THAT HAS BEEN ORDERING CARS FOR 74 YEARS THIS IS PEOPLE OF COLOR HAVE NO RIGHTS.

I brought my 2004 Jeep to perkins motors on 4/1/2015 to have recalls completed, I wanted an extra key made, a tire sensor replaced or repaired and asked for an estimate to repair oil leaks and have the ac fixed due to low air flow. I asked the service writer to keep costs under $500. The quote I was given was approximately $3000.00 more than the estimate I got from an independent shop. Of course I wanted the independent shop to complete the repairs. On 4/5/2015 I went to pick up my Jeep and the bill was $1712.01. The ac still did not work correctly, the tire sensor was not repaired, I still have the error message, and a key was not cut. The issue was resolved to perkins satisfaction not mine by a $516.00 refund. I had contacted Jeep Corp. with the details of the service received and recently was e-mailed a respose from Jeep Corp. that no one from perkins answered or returned their calls.
