I was about to buy a truck yesterday. I paid to have a 3rd party mechanic to look it over, 2 major safety issues were found. The dealership refused to fix them. I'm about to tow a 15,000 lb RV with the truck I purchase, they knew that. They not only refused to fix the issue but they flat out stated they are going to sell this vehicle to the next buyer "as is" without fixing the safety issues! I'm pretty sure that is illegal. RecommendedCan’t say enough about the experience my wife and I had today at the Mayfield location. The sales person, Keith, could not have been nicer or more polite. Any other time we have bought a vehicle from any type of dealer, we were always exhausted. Today after signing the paperwork, hated to leave. LOL.
