I called several places to fix my 2014 dodge grand caravans back windshield due to a rock going through it. I called Perkins today, because my grandma suggested I do. When I called the woman who answered (I forgot her name) was very sweet, funny and friendly. She made this experience a lot easier. Rear side window installed and worked for only two weeks. Rear windows don't get much use especially in the hot summers, always closed with AC on. Was told the tech walked on water for 30 years and couldn't have done anything wrong. Anyway, they weren't willing to make a compromise and wouldn't warranty their work even it was just to credit back part of the labor cost that I paid for someone else to fix. Had the windshield and driver window motor replaced on my truck over the summer. Amazing service so when my new RAV4 got a rock chip (first couple hundred miles, of course!) I knew who to call! I called yesterday afternoon and they came out this morning. Looks fantastic and no worrying about it cracking with the cold weather! I enjoyed chatting with the guys while they did the repair.
