Absolutely unacceptable service and quality. This florist deserves zero stars for both customer service and the floral arrangement itself. What was delivered was nothing like what was ordered — not even close. It was so bad, I refused the arrangement altogether. FTD should seriously reconsider their partnership with this florist. If you value your money and expectations, avoid this place at all costs. Horrible experience!
This service is a scam. It seems like the owner uses the same sad story about her staff quitting on her. My father’s funeral was in February, and several people paid for flowers that were never delivered!!! She called me the Sunday after the funeral and was supposed to deliver that Monday, yet she never did. I'm reporting her to the BBB because this is a fraud!!
The owner is a really nice lady but oversells more than she can handle. On Friday I called in the order for my Mom’s Mother’s Day arrangement from Dallas - late , I understand, but she promised that it was no problem. Today she told me that her whole staff 4 of 6 quit yesterday. I was promised a very nice arrangement that would have different colors (reds, pinks, etc) with pretty filler.
