Awful florist !!! Do not waste your time or money here . Flowers were ordered to be delivered to my daughter on her birthday 11/12/2025 and were not delivered, when the owner was called she said they would be delivered on Thursday or Friday 11/13 or 11/14. Today is 11/17/2025 and my daughter NEVER received her flowers. Stay Away from this business!!!! The only reason I gave one star is because you can’t give less than one star . Save your money stay away from here .
This website is fraud. Those same flowers online have same serial number same description as ProFlowers.com. DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY!!!! Disappointed is not even close to how I feel. I need my dam money back. And the water brown and $19 box of chocolates on website came Ina cellophane wrapped Halloween candy, not a box like website. Subject: Urgent: Refund Request for Standing Spray Delivery I called and spoke with Mrs. Maggie, who identified herself as both the owner and the driver listed for the Standing Spray delivery. During our conversation, she stated, “I make them, and they take them.” Unfortunately, she was extremely rude, confrontational, and unprofessional. Absolutely unacceptable service and quality. This florist deserves zero stars for both customer service and the floral arrangement itself. What was delivered was nothing like what was ordered — not even close. It was so bad, I refused the arrangement altogether. FTD should seriously reconsider their partnership with this florist. If you value your money and expectations, avoid this place at all costs. Horrible experience!
This service is a scam. It seems like the owner uses the same sad story about her staff quitting on her. My father’s funeral was in February, and several people paid for flowers that were never delivered!!! She called me the Sunday after the funeral and was supposed to deliver that Monday, yet she never did. I'm reporting her to the BBB because this is a fraud!!
