I was really at a place where I was done with contractors because they did not fulfill the expectation presented. He showed up when he said he would and worked without any issues. Mr. Perkins and his son were very professional and explained every step of the way! They also cleaned up behind themselves which was amazing considering I have major OCD. My bathroom looks amazing!

Mr. Perkins was hired to renovate two bathrooms. We thought it would be a regular renovation, but when he removed the toilets he saw that there was extensive rot from water damage. This required him to literally re-build the bathrooms. This extensive project included replacing the floors and repairing the ceiling and windows. Extensive plumbing installation was also required. I'm not questioning this company's work, because the screen door repair was solid. What I am questioning is the business practice of this company, as I feel completely taken advantage of. Job unseen, Mr. Perkins did quote a fee of $85.00 per hour; his website offers estimates in increments of 30 minutes, so there was definitely some concern there.
