I was very unhappy to come home and find this badly cracked tile that happened when he was trying to install a very heavy shower door by himself. He never mentioned the damage and took payment of $585 from my husband while I wasn't home and left. I came home to find it. VERY unhappy. He refused to refund my money so Home Depot had to do it because they referred him. Unprofessional & dishonest.
