I hear ya Bj Amerine -- material package vs. material package of some other buildings - we know we are not CHEAP... we do alot of little things to our frames to save labor, keep things simple and easy, make the building stronger and so the frames/building can easily adapt to changes before, during or after install... it's not always up front apparent how these benefits and features that are built in can have on the FINAL cost of the building... sometimes CHEAP commercial building package (materials) does NOT equal to a good ... read more
