From the minute I walk in until the minute I leave…top notch on all levels. Never felt so at home at the dentist in a high tech, modern office. I feel like I am in great hands whenever I am there.
My implant cap fell out. Called the office at 6pm, Sherri told me to come over and the Doctor would take care of it. Doctor Backer is delightful, Tanya was there, she too is delightful and Sherri is just the friendliest, caring lady I have ever met outside my family and friends. On my last visit I shared with her that my daughter was diagnosed to cancer, her first question to be after hearing my issue, was how was Eileen. That is a lovely, caring person. As usual, my wife and I were extremely impressed by the quality of service and the professionalism in this office. Dr. Michael Rechter is the Best. This is a state of the arts office. The entire staff is always very nice and makes us feel like we are a part of their family. I highly recommend Long Island Dental Excellence.
