Exceptional experience with Dr. Cole. Very professional and very skilled. Also highly recommend hygienist Amanda at this practice. Had a schedule mishap and accidentally showed up to the wrong practice (they have a few locations) and front desk Natalie was so kind and helped me reschedule.
I had planned to follow up with this practice after Dr Dodge had left but their cost for a cleaning was so absurd that I moved to another practice.
I’m not sure what happened to this practice but they made us pay upfront for my son’s dental cleaning. $365. We have good dental coverage from myself and my husband’s work. Now my insurance is denying the claim for unknown reasons. I don’t see they have submitted to our other insurance yet. Our out of pocket should be zero. Dr Dodge did a great job on my son’s gingivectomy a couple of years ago and his last cleaning prior to this most recent one was covered and we were never asked to pay upfront.
