The experience was as pleasant as it could be. They listened to my needs. All the staff was great.
As soon as I walked through the door the staff were extremely friendly. They offered coffee and water. Dr Katelyn Fleming was very informative as to the procedure she needed to do to resolve my problems as well as the time and healing process. Procedures and billings were discussed before leaving. I was given the opportunity to decide if I wanted to move forward.
