I would recommend Premier Dental because they have great courteous service and are professional. I guess the prices are reasonable.
Rebecca took care of me and was wonderful. She took so much time listening to my problems and gave me research information on some questions I had. The same goes for Dr. Rita when I had some major implant surgery and bridgework. I feel better when I leave there knowing I was well taken care of.
My consultation with Dr. Rita was highly professional and informative. I was impressed with her willingness and her rare ability to listen and then make different suggestions that concurred with my wishes. I left with a complete understanding of the recommendations and the process, as well as, a detailed explanation of the plan and itemization of the cost. You will be impressed by her work ethic.
I was very impressed on the safety procedures. Very comfortable. Stephanie was the girl who worked on my mouth. Very gentle with me, because I am 75 yrs old. and have a bad gag reflex and a tongue that follows you around the mouth. Dr.Kutsikovich, is always very nice. She tells what is wrong with your mouth. I usually am very afraid at the dentist, but I was not, at this visit.
We recently switched from a Euclid dental chain location to go with Dr. Rita and her staff. The 15 minute, instead of 2 minute drive is worth it. Definitely the right choice! The staff are all quite good. Just had my teeth cleaned today and she did a great job ... perfect combination of a delicate touch and thoroughness. Dr. Rita is an excellent dentist. I highly recommend her. Please Note: they take great care in making sure all surfaces are cleaned after each person touches something. Everyone on staff wears a mask.
I have never had a bad experience while using this dental office. Dr. Rita, as well as all of her staff are very professional. They answer any questions that you may have about procedures. Their quality of work is second to none. I’ve always felt very comfortable in knowing that I was in good hands sitting in that chair and having whatever work needs to be done. I’d recommend Dr. Rita and her staff to anybody needing any kind of dental work.
My experience of being a patient at Premier Dental has been nothing short of spectacular. I know spectacular and dentristy, (i.e., tools grinding in ones mouth) doesn’t go hand-in-hand. However, the service is always consistently spectacular. This definitely helps ease any trepidation that one may have prior to any dental work. In the end, it’s all about comfortability.
I have had a dental phobia for many, many years...I needed teeth extracted...to say I was scared would be an understatement...but I had the BEST assistant's Michelle and Stephanie ... they were both so understanding and kind! The ENTIRE staff was great! Then Dr. Rita came in...she was so AMAZING! The calmness in her voice..the gentleness and patience she showed me has me at a loss for words! Dr. Rita is incredible...and she has a great staff working with her!!
