The entire staff is friendly, professional, and good at what they do. Katy in particular was exceptionally helpful in facilitating the process needed between my doctors office and insurance. She handled everything swiftly, even though it was at the end of the year and things were busy. She even kept me on a wait list, so that I could be seen as soon as possible, and was in contact with me up until the time I was able to be seen and receive my appliance. I would highly recommend this office.
