The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried ... read more

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They try not to, but sometimes it happens. Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? A couple, but not very many Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Yes, I was pressured
