I would like to say that was an amazing food and the steaks. I came in there on the 8th of Dec with my dad. I currently active duty Navy and was in town for business on the Air Force Base. My dad drove 400 miles from North Texas to take me here. It was also a special moment for me and my dad we haven't seen each other nearly 12 years. Being deployed and sailing the world, time slipped away from us. It was special day and nothing like a perfect meal to help reunite a father and son. Thank you.

Perini Ranch Steakhouse has wonderful food and a great atmosphere! We eat here whenever we're in the area. We buy their steak rub online from them and love it. We get great service and a terrific product.
Trying for 30 years to eat here. Husband and I shared a Porterhouse. Best steak -ever. He loved the blue cheese salad and I loved the hominy. Took desserts back to the hotel. Very disappointed. He had bread pudding and I had strawberry shortcake. I was expecting fresh whipped cream and it was heavy cream and the biscuit was hard. Threw it out. Steak dinner still 5 stars.
Best prime rib I have ever had. Just a perfect little bark on the outside, and super tender. The horseradish was excellent, and the green Chile hominy was outstanding. Loved the strawberry shortcake, as well. Service was outstanding, too. Great time.
We come to visit my in-laws once a year and coming to Perini's is an absolute must. We had the stuffed jalapeños appetizer for the first time this trip and they were fantastic. The ribeye is my go-to and typically the hominy. This trip I tried the sweet potato casserole side and it was better than grandma's. (Don't tell grandma)
