Benjamin did an outstanding job helping us get the claim approved with the insurance company. This was our third attempt to get the claim approved and Benjamin assured me that he could get it done. This is a review from Acworth United Methodist Church. I’m sorry to provide a negative review as Landen did not provide a revised proposal, nor did he return numerous texts, phone messages, emails regarding $35k++ worth of work. Even called Perimeter main office with no reply. Perimeter has done $ thousands of work on our buildings in the past. Received other bids for our current needs that included increased roofing areas. Hope you will treat your other long term customers better than we got over the past 6 weeks.
Evan from Perimeter Roofing was great to work with. He and his team have recently completed three roofing jobs in our Franklin, TN neighborhood. I am a veteran and he worked very well with the insurance adjuster and claims agents at USAA. Scheduling and coordination with the copper roofing specialist was painless, definitely a quality job!
