Randy and his team provided a superior customer experience. He walked us through the process of working with the insurance company, met with and went on the roof to point out the different damage areas involved in the claim to the Adjusters, and lastly even participated on the actual claims call with me to make sure that all details were covered. We had a great experience. Our project manager (Samir) was very knowledgeable on the insurance process to get our roof replaced. He was timely and responsive to all of our questions. He took the time to walk us through each step thoroughly. When it was replacement day, the crew had our new roof installed in about half a day ! The work and clean-up was outstanding. I don't think it could have gone any smoother.
