Did a great job overall. Took them a while to complete the work. Multiple trips for skylight. Multiple trips for attic vent fans. Started process in Fall and finished early spring. Evan from Perimeter Roofing was great to work with. He and his team have recently completed three roofing jobs in our Franklin, TN neighborhood. I am a veteran and he worked very well with the insurance adjuster and claims agents at USAA. Scheduling and coordination with the copper roofing specialist was painless, definitely a quality job!
Initially all was outstanding with the process and the work itself until I asked rep to come out and redo a small area at the chimney as it is a not so good looking spot when seen from our deck, which is were we spend a lot of time. Rep said he would schedule that, but haven’t heard back after I trusted he would make it happen. This was also all cash no insurance work. Still waiting….
