Be prepared to wait!!!! I tend to make all appointments in the morning in an effort to get in and get seen without delay. Despite early morning appointments with this practice I always wait 45 min - 1 hour before I am seen. Very frustrating!!
Connie, at the front desk is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Definitely in the wrong profession. They kept us waiting so long past our scheduled appointment time and could not keep me updated or answer any questions about when we would be seen. I am truly disgusted with this practice and will not be returning. They kept us waiting so long, we had to leave. Never even saw the dr.
I have been coming to this office for nearly 20 years and have always had a pleasant experience with the doctor and the staff. They offer quality of care, always have been able to accommodate me with an appointment whether it is with a physician or the physician assistant all of whom take my care seriously. The staff has always greeted me and is pleasant. They are a very busy office so if you don't want to wait as long I suggest you to book an early morning or early afternoon appointment. First off, I was referred to this office, and I was under the impression that it was a reputable establishment, and drove a considerable distance out of my way to be seen here. I went in several times, and had to have a blood panel done. I was scheduled to have another blood panel done a month later to ensure that I was not pregnant before starting any medication. When I went back for my second panel, I was informed that they would call me the next day to let me know the results , and get the medications called in. A week la... read more
My main gripe with this place is the outrageous cost. Even with a good insurance plan it cost me over $600 out of pocket to get a small wart removed via liquid nitrogen. We're talking one cotton swab of liquid nitrogen, and 2 minutes of a nurses time that racked up over $600. This includes $135 for being a new patient. If you like spending loads of money for no reason, this is your place.
