RecommendedThe whole Perilli staff including maintenance is wonderful and so quick to accommodate! The apartments are kept so nice and are nearly spotless when you first move in. We’ve loved our time here and we plan to live at our Perilli owned apartment until we finish college!
I was the second person to move into the school building, it wasn't even finished yet. Such a cool place to live, and Gene kept things beautiful! Highly recommend Gene as a landlord!
