Great customer service. Was able to troubleshoot over the phone without a service call.
This is the company that I wish I had known about before I bought my solar system. Heath is so personable. He came through for me when I needed a few parts for my system that I wouldn't be able to find otherwise..... He didn't have to help me but he chose to. I asked him about the price I payed going with the other people that didn't have a face and name that I could associate with the business. He showed me the numbers that he could have done it for. strongly recommended. I had my solar panels were installed by ADT and they are in no longer in business. any way, my solar panels (most of them were black out, not producing any power. so I gave them a call, and they are very professional. they walked me through the troubleshoot process just to make sure that I really need a service. sure enough my system is now back to normal. I probably would have spent a few hundred if I didn't call them. so thank you so much.
