Really unfortunate that Amanda has new reviews now stating that she is abandoning patients!!! My wife and I were with her in previous clinics for years. We followed her to this clinic and she started off pretty good. Now, we can't get extremely important medications filled at all. No one answers the phone, no responses on the patient portal, nothing!! Patient neglect is what this is. We left. Sad to say, I don't recommend scheduling with her clinic.
I was very excited for my partner to try this clinic for his primary care after reading the reviews. However, they are unreachable. Even during the one appointment he successfully had with them, they didn't seem to understand how their own software worked and most of the time was spent trouble shooting technical difficulties. He's now been over a week without meds because they do not answer the phone, return voicemails/emails/messages in the portal or respond to refill requests from the pharmacy. Unfortunately I had to move this to a 1 star. I prepaid her $350 back in October for Botox. I paid for 50 units at my appointment and prepaid for 50 units for 90 days later. She relocated without notice to telehealth only, up in Portland. I asked that my $175 be credited back to my Venmo and she never refunded me. She never returns phone calls, patient portal messages, nothing. I can't even get my medications refilled. And these are thyroid medications CRUCIAL and Diabetic medications!!!!! I've been a patient with Amanda since last year. It's been impossible to get my prescriptions filled on time, in fact, not at all. These are not unnecessary prescriptions either. It's cholesterol medication and pain medication. The pain medication is due to severe herniated discs!! She doesn't even respond to her portal messages. She's not reliable AT ALL. I DO NOT recommend this clinic. I never get a return call, no one answers the phone either. It's a joke!!!
Loved working with Dr. Warner. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Will be back!
