Yesterday, was my first time at this office. I don't know the reason so many are complaining about the wait time. Yes, I was there long, but they give you test in-between. It goes quickly. What's the big deal about spending a few hours here? I found it to be a pleasant experience. The staff is courteous and professional. Dr. Tanya is very personable and caring. After cataract surgery I have a film on my eye that is as bad or worse than the cataract was. Been back three times in three months and each time I got a different explanation. Last time they told me to come back in a year, maybe it will go away. Now I have another appointment but not for another two weeks. Extremely disappointed. It will be 5 months with this issue. This an exceptionally professional group of people. Both my husband and I had surgery by Dr. Perich and daughter Tanya Perich. We had cataract surgery that was performed with exceptional knowledge. I would recommend this group highly to anyone who is experiencing the need for cataract surgery. The support staff is terrific. I would not go to anyone also.
All 3 times I have waited minimum 2 hrs Won't be back
One of the worst decision I have made, using Perich to have my cataract surgery. It was an assembly line like experience where quantity seem more important than quality. After several return visits with a number of their Drs. each giving a different reason(excuse) for why I have a large obstruction in my vision, I went to a different eye center and more professional Dr. who explained to me that, in all probability the surgery cause my issue and to correct it will require a risky surgery. A wonderful experience from start to finish. All staff are friendly and professional, Doctor Tanya Perich is excellent with a most endearing "bedside" manner. Office, though very busy, runs like a well-oiled machine with everyone explaining exactly what will happen every step of the way. Cataract surgery itself was very fast and easy with no pain and no negative effects afterward.
