Wait ridiculously long hours (no exaggeration) even though you arrive on time for your appointment; then you are seen/treated by technician even though you are paying to see the DOCTOR. Then when you decide not to return after several treatments, six months later you receive a bogus bill (for the first time) stating you owe $$$$ that was NEVER discussed nor mentioned in the four months you were beeing treated. So, tell me -- what is wrong with this picture???!!!!!
This is the best eye center in the Tampa Bay area without a doubt. You are in great hands. Some of the most knowledgable and friendliest doctors/staff I've ever been around.
