I’ve been a customer with them since before they were Performive. The change up made me nervous at first, but I haven’t noticed a difference in the quality of my site and none of my have gone up, so I’m a happy camper.

Was going to cancel, but then they offered me a few more months free. All of the issues I’d been having cleared up so I’m thinking of staying on with them. As long as things stay the way they are it’s worth it. Switching over again would be such an unnecessary hassle.

My experience with this company has always been good. When one of their salespeople reached out to me they weren’t pushy or rude, set-up was a breeze, and anytime I’ve had to call their CS or tech support for whatever reason I’ve always been able to reach a real human being within minutes and get my issue resolved.
