No one ever answered the phone. The voicemail says to text, so I texted. Got one reply asking when would be a good time for them to call me back. Still haven't received a call. I called and texted 3 more times and no one ever responded. I called another place and they got me in that day. Terrible customer service from performance, save your time and go somewhere else. How do you not have someone to answer phones and schedule appointments?!?

Worst experience ever. How hard is it to schedule and appointment? Why don't you ask the moron Ryan, 2 months and 2 appointments later I still have no tint. I called to confirm my appointment and he proceeded to yell at me after I told him I had no email confirming my appointment, duh that's why I'm calling. Why don't you try listening before speaking over someone. I never write reviews but I also have never had such a rude person represent a company.
