I purchased a Groupon trying to find a good company to do my car and hopefully my husbands car later on. I called 4 or 5 times before reaching someone. I was hoping to get in within 2 weeks and their next appointment was 5 weeks out. I took the appointment and the lady ask me the number for the Groupon. I said just a second in which she began to lecture me that the Groupon says you need to have it ready (I had the number in my notes section so I could reference it quickly) and that I would need to call back in which I respon... read more
Lady on the phone was mad that it took me 2 seconds to switch to my notes app where I had information stored and hung up on me. Phone message says to call back if you don't get through I called back 4 times in one day. First available Appointments were more than 5 weeks out.
Got my truck done 2 days after speaking with Ben. They were quick and very reasonable prices!
