Matt, the owner of PVS, has been an incredible hitting and throwing coach for my daughter. He’s very down to earth, easy to talk to, and truly cares about player development. He does an excellent job explaining his concepts for hitting and getting to the ball — even if it’s not always pretty — and helps the athletes understand why they’re doing what they’re doing. Pvs came into our son’s life at the right time. His confidence was lacking and he just needed something. That something was PVS. We’ve been here just short of a year and the difference we have seen in our son is incredible. Stronger mentally and physically. Confidence is skyrocketed. He’s a freshmen and made the Varsity team. We are so excited with his future and what this place will do for him and especially Coach Matt. No place our family would rather be.
In January of 2017, my Dad started to take my son to lessons with Matt. “Lessons” is not even close to what developed there. Matt taught him how to set goals , accountability, work ethic and how to deal with adversity. Plus baseball! Almost 10 years later, I enjoy seeing what he has built and the success of his students and I would encourage anyone who has a child interested in baseball or softball to take advantage of what he has to give. Great guy with only one downside. Central grad.
