We had a good experience in buying a new vehicle from Baxter, everyone was polite and professional. There was no pressure to buy which was surprising for a car dealership. Baxter provided us a "loaner" car when they really didn't have to - this was a very thoughtful and courteous thing to do! Great job Baxter!
Austin Fischer is an excellent sales representative. I purchased a 2026 Corolla Cross Hybrid after my former Corolla Cross was destroyed in a storm. I had a decision to make as to whether I wanted to purchase a new vehicle, or buy one setting on the lot. He thoroughly explained both options.
