The best car buying experience I have ever had. Logan made the experience easy and seamless. Never felt pressured into buying something I didn't want. Compared to other dealerships I have dealt with this was day and night. Also got to work with Austin a little bit and he was also great! 10/10 recommend.
Looking for a RAV4 Hybrid Limited which are in short supply from the factory. Baxter sales personnel went out of their way to get us on on a waiting list, and kept us informed via phone and text as to when a vehicle would be available for delivery. Extremely easy to work with.
Md was wonderful to work with and understanding of my situation to hold a vehicle over the weekend for me. Once I went back in to purchase the process was extremely smooth and well handled. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase at my first visit which was an amazing feeling to leave and know that they truly listened to me. They also help you get to know all the features in your car upon purchase which was great as there were a few buttons I didn’t find myself during the test drive.
My husband and I recently visited this dealership to look at a RAV4. Unfortunately, our experience with the salesperson was disappointing. He came across as unprofessional, dismissive and seemed annoyed when we asked questions. When asking about the warranty, his answer was: “google it”. While we really liked the RAV4, the way we were treated discouraged us from moving forward with a purchase at this dealership.
