This is the fourth car I’ve bought at Baxter Toyota in Lincoln, Nebraska. I’ve been coming here for more than 25 years. I’ve always received great service and quality cars whether they be new or used. I’m excited for my new RAV4. Service was great as usual. I had the most wonderful experience getting my new Toyota. Jeff was wonderful to work with, I had worked with him 8 years prior getting a Toyota Camry, which is still a great car, just selling it to my granddaughter so I could get a new car. He went far and beyond what I expected. I told him what I wanted because he did not have the car I wanted in Stock. I was very picky on what I wanted. Scheduled two weeks in advance to have oil changed at the first appointment on Saturday and am still waiting for a simple oil change. Dealer stating it is my fault because I dropped it off the night before so they would have it in the morning and was not waiting and that I wrote in the form to call when done so they didn’t have a time it needed to be done. The manager needs to talk the people that work in the office. Every time I call them they never pick up so I decided to drive there because they never pick up the phone for (service) and when i came inside the workers were giggling and laughing while people were waiting for them. Talking to other workers and giggling while people are waiting to be answered. And they are getting paid for this. Very unprofessional. More particular the woman that work there.
