Not sure what's going on but new converter won't go in my trans... Sent back and got it back same issue. Sent old and new converter back and over a week later get a call asking why it's there... I've been on the phone several times in this whole thing and nothing seems to be getting done... Been going on for nearly three months... Can't race, seasons going to be done by the time this gets fixed at this rate.. not to mention I was charged for things that were not even close to fitting. Their customer service is perfect. Their knowledge was amazing. I would highly reccomend their converters. I've had 2 now and each time it did exactly what it should and held up to the abuse of constant hot laps during bracket races and stayed consistent week in and week out. I have a mild street strip 385 sbc in a thirdgen camaro. Ran 10.73@125mph as a best so far. They set the converter up exactly right first time out. Couldn't be happier.
Talked to Tim Owens great guy he got me just what I needed for my 70 El Camino rolling at 4100 lbs ran s 11.01 over he weekend with terrible air. She’s knocking on the 10’s door
Best customer service, Lane went above and beyond to help me with my converter. Will never use anyone but PTC.
