I have been waiting on my converter for over a month now. Called and ordered on June 25th the said 3 to 4 weeks which I was fine with. called in again at 2 weeks on Thursday day they claimed it would ship out the next day or Monday, so the following Tuesday called in to get a tracking number and they said well now itll be end of the week before it ships. we then wait till week 4 Tuesday to call in for tracking and they say itll ship Thursday July 25th which surprise doesn't happen so we call in on the 26th to see what the de... read more
Customer service was amazing. Speed Of turn around was even better oh and charged me half of what I was sure it would cost. If PTC makes it or repairs it they have my business.
Ptc built me a 3400 stall lockup converter for a frequent driver. It performs great in city, highway and at wide open. A great choice, thanks Ptc!

Just tried my ptc converter in my 67 firebird all steal 406 small block Chevy. I must say I am very impressed with it! Run 4 passes with 1.35 60’ Im very happy and will recommend ptc converters to everyone I see. I ordered a torque convertor about a week ago, they built it to my needs and shipped it out very promptly, awesome kind people to talk to on the phone, I can’t wait to put this thing in and see how it does, if your thinking about buying a PTC convertor do it!
