Owner came to our house three times to convince us he is the best in town and he can help us in the entire process. We finally filed a claim and he was going to work with insurance to fight their estimate. He promised he will send his adjustor to our house. We waited and waited, called and texted. Two months later, we STILL HAVE NOTE HEARD FROM THIS GUY like he just disappeared. No phone calls, no text, nothing! We lost deadline to fight the estimate and our insurance ended up closing the claim just because we kept waiting f... read more
